  1. Five Year Guarantee: We guarantee your equipment will perform to manufacturer’s specifications for five years, when protected by a continuous Titus Imaging Service Program and used according to manufacturer’s recommended usage under normal office conditions. If the equipment does not perform within manufacturer’s specifications we will replace the equipment with comparable equipment of equal or greater value.
  2. Free Loaner: If we are unable to repair the equipment in your office within 3 days, we will provide a temporary “loaner” replacement free of charge until the repair has been satisfactorily completed.
  3. Service Response that Sets the Standard for Promptness: Immediately after you call for service, our dispatch system identifies and pages the Field Service Technician closest to your location. The Field Service Technician will return your call within one hour. During the call, he or she will verify the problem and many times, he or she can talk you through the problem over the phone, to get equipment back online as soon as possible. Otherwise, the Field Service Technician will tell you when you can expect on-site service – generally within four hours, often in two or less. We guarantee a quarterly response time average of four business hours, from your call, to the time a technician arrives at your office, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Holidays. If we cannot meet the four hour quarterly average response time guarantee, a credit equal to 20% of one month’s minimum payment will be made upon customer’s request.
  4. After Hour Emergency Service: We guarantee to provide emergency service anytime, day or night, seven days a week. We will support your equipment all the time, not just when it is convenient for us. Special rates and service phone numbers are established for outside normal business hours.
  5. Obsolescence Protection: We guarantee the investment in your equipment is protected. As technology changes and your business needs to grow, Titus Imaging will upgrade your equipment with no penalty. We offer these flexible and upgradeable programs without penalty to allow your company and ours to grow together. It’s our easy acquisition commitment to you.
  6. Supply Guarantee: We guarantee the supplies we carry are of the highest quality and all are manufactured by the manufacturer of the office equipment we sell and service. Supplies are kept in our inventory locally for immediate access to you, our customer.
  7. Program Change Option: At six months for contract inception and every six months thereafter, we will, upon request, review the copy/print volume. If the copy volume has moved upward or downward in an amount sufficient for you to consider an alternative plan, we will present pricing options to conform to a new copy/print volume. If you decide an upward or downward adjustment of the monthly minimum volume is advantageous, a new Agreement must be signed which may extend the existing Agreement. A downward adjustment to the minimum monthly volume will result in a higher cost per copy/print; however, volume reductions may result in a lower monthly payment depending on the reduction in volume.
